Currently there is the option for a vb user to modify thier personal information
(like name) via a form but the password is greyed out -- this should be modified
so that they can modify their password.

This is implemented on beta. Like many other pages on the site completion leaves
you at a dead end, but this is a general issue that will be dealt with globally
later.

This will flow up to production on the next release ( when the code works with
the datamodel changes).

changed from components that are to be deleted to "misc" so that bugs don't get
deleted with component. Sorry for all the email.
