VegBank

This is a feature request to allow a vegbank user to view and re-issue their
passed queries.

would be nice to have this sooner: too much to do

The idea here is that queries would be save and the CRITERIA (not the plot list) could be reissued against the database to see if new plots match that criteria. We wouldn't want to save every query the user posts, just ones they want to save for some reason. Could do neat things like RSS updates of plots this way.
