circa 40,000 plots added for 2.0.0

12962 loaded into VegBank module. Working on exporting to XML and then into
VegBank!

Jennings passed data to Michael. Michael put through VegBranch. We have the
limiting factor of XML import though. 100 plots take 25 min. So 12962 would
take 2 days and 6 horus at the same rate. VegBank may be faster than gyro.
Considering putting them in via SQL.

plots have moved through VegBranch again, this time with community names. When
other plots in batch are ready (NPS, Karin?), then I'll move all of them into
vegbank at once (unless performance dies when this happens)

changed from components that are to be deleted to "misc" so that bugs don't get
