Description

Sometimes, deleting a data package is very slow (> 1 min), although most of the
time metacat response to a delete in a few seconds

It is hard to duplicate the problem. Acturally it very fast delete a file from
browser.

It was fixed. Now delete is very fast. There was some table index issue there.
