Description
NRS data submission forms comply with EML2.0.0beta6. Need to update this to
comply with EML 2.0.0. Probably should wait until after Morpho supports EML 2
because Morpho is used to review and moderate submissions. Will need to convert
old beta6 entries to EML 2.0.0 format when ready.

Will be converting submission scricpt to output EML2.0.0 instead of
EML2.0.0beta6. For this the specification of EML2.0.0 and stylesheet coded by
DAN for converting EML2.0.0beta6 to EML2.0.0 will be consulted.

The submission script now uses EML 2.0.0
