Merge 1.9 changes into Head
Modified the sql commands such that eml-2.0.1 stylesheets are used for displaying eml-2.0.0 documents
Modified directory name for eml-2.0.x checkouts to match with that in build.xml
Added code to make enteries for eml 2.0.1 into the database
Fixed schema loading scripts to use the new ant token for the EML2 namespace.
Register stmml.xsd too.
Fixed error in sql command.
A script to register eml into xml_catalog.
