dded TLS support to the ldapweb.cgi script, cleaned up some TempToolkit template processing so that the results display CSS properly, and some minor formatting issues. The TLS support should probably be enabled only if the server supports it, which can be queried with supported_extensions, but for now it is just on, which is what we need.
