Description

Data package wizard currently outputs name/val pairs in wrong order, and this is the
order that the EML DOM gets generated in. Need to re-look at how values are pulled and
sent to addToDOM_Command. Mainly this is done within the finish() function inside the
file chrome/content/dataset/data_package_wizard.js file
