Re-write text labels in Data Package Wizard to be Human-Readable instead of using
terminology that can be understood only by eco-geeks

It would be a good idea to pull labels and documentation from EML docs - however, the
EML docs are currently not entirely in ecologist-readable form - some target end-users,
while others target developers. Needs to get resolved so we can use them for Jalama
