Description

The documentation for KeywordType says that the allowed values in an element of
type KeyTypCode are "discipline", "stratum", "temporal", "thematic" or
"taxonomic" when in fact they are "place", "stratum", "temporal", "theme" and
"taxonomic"

Fixed documentation, making the lists of types match, and provided full
documentation for each of the KeyTypeCode values in the enumeration.
