To easily build software clients that interact with EcoGrid, we need to build a
simple client library that provides easy to use methods for calling EcoGrid
operations. This is a simple extension of the client stubs that can be
generated using OGSA tools.

Once the library exists, we need to write a simple command line client that uses
it for testing ecogrid, and we need to use it to enable the AMS/Ptolemy system
to communicate with EcoGrid and retrieve data.

Jing, Matt, and Chad will handle this initially.
