Rick Reeves reported a problem when creating a package with an Excel datafile.
Attribute information is entered manually (since Morpho cannot parse an Excel
xls binary), but no data table is displayed when the wizard is completed. [Only
a somewhat cryptic message is printed in the table display region.] With no
table, however, there is no way to see the attribute metadata! (other than using
the View/Print menu item which shows all parts of the metadata).

We need a method for displaying attribute metadata when it exists, even if the
table itself cannot be displayed. [Sid suggested displaying the column headers
even if we cannot show the table data.]
