Description
The bold heading should read "Enter information about contacts." Note the
lowercase C in contacts and the omission of "the". The last sentence "This may
or may not be same as the owner" doesn't really say anything (besides missing
a "the"). It should probably be removed.

reeves notes a defect: When moving from Step 5 to Step 6, clicking the
Next button brings up the Contact Details screen on top of the
Associated Parties screen.

Reeves suggests the following text change:
Enter Dataset Contact Information: Enter dataset Contact Information:
Contacts are persons or organizations who can provide information
regarding interpretation of your dataset. Contacts may include, but
are not limited to, the dataset owner.
Note: this entry mistakenly also added to Bug 1408...
