remove the comma in the bold text. Also, in the previous frames, all of the
bold text had started with an imparitive (e.g. Enter information about...).
This bold text starts with an interrogative. It may be ok here, but someone
should look at it. If the text is left as is, the comma should be removed.

In the third line of text, the abbreviation PI is used (in the plural). It
should be spelled out.

the comma should be removed in the text next to the check box

in the bold text that says "Enter the funding source(s)..," if the parens are
left around the "s" then the verb should be conjugated in the singular
(i.e. "supports"). The "s" could simply be removed.

in the bold text "Enter the Personnel information", Personnel should not be
capitalized and there should be a period or colon after the text. get rid of
the parens around the "s"s on person(s) and organization(s). just make them
both plural.
