In dpw, "Add" causes the dpw screen to go backward, behind the main morpho screen

Description

After clicking "Add" to add a keyword list or add a person's name/contact
info, the new window appears on top of the main morpho window, and pushes the
dpw window to the back. This means that after hitting OK (after adding a
keyword or contact info), you see the main morpho window instead of the dpw
window.
