Morpho

Going through DPW RC2. Import taxa from the taxonomic screen doesn't clearly
say when or how you import a species table. Something like " If you have
already created a species table and have imported into Morpho you can import
the list directly into this data package. Otherwise you can upload a species
list table to this DP when you are done creating the general metadata."
Something a little more specific would be better...it just isnt' clear when
and where you can upload a species table.
