Description
when you change the rank in the taxo table in the dpw then hit tab to the name
field, you get the following error, no matter what you enter in the rank:
Error in the entry! The entered taxon rank is already present in the taxonomic
hierarchy.

The indicated error does show up in the system output stream but is not apparent
to the user (i.e. no dialog boxes popup and progam use can continue without
interrupt) So lowering Severity/Priority

bug fixed. the data validation in the taxon page is better now. Now, you cannot
leave a cell till a valid data is entered.
