Morpho

For some reason, a few older datapackages (e.g. higgins.2042.9) which contain
numerous data files are corrupt (meaning that some of the data files apparently
do not exist on metacat - one get messages like "the requested docid
'higgins.2015.1' does not exist" from both Morph 1.4 and 1.5).

Morpho 1.4 goes ahead and creates a data table display with a number of tabs,
apparently ignoring thie missing data files. In Morpho 1.5, however, only a
single table shows up with no indication that the original package contans
several data packages. This is apparently due to problems that the missing files
create in the XSLT transformation which never creats the additional dataTable
subtrees.
