Description
To reproduce the bug:
Try to open a document in registry that has been modified or created using a
client other than registry (like Morpho) and has fields which cannot be
displayed in the registry. The error page which says that following document
cannot be changed using registry has a link back to the form with all the
values in it.
Solution: conditional statement needs to be added in the error page...
