Description
morpho only showed people from the current package. I thought I remembered
seeing this work in 1.5.0?

It works in 1.5.1 also. This function only works on new files. This won't work
on most of the old files. For this feature to work, it requires reference ids
to be specified for the responsible parties. By default, these were not
specified in earlier versions of Morpho. Hence most of the old eml documents
won't work for this feature. If you find a document which has responsible party
with reference id and still the responsible party won't show up in the list,
then it is a bug.
Example of responsible party with reference id:

<individualName>
<surName>Garg</surName>

</creator>
And without reference id:
<creator>
<individualName>
<surName>Garg</surName>
</individualName>
</creator>
