Added two classes for handling "according to", namely CAccordingTo and
CDetailedAccordingTo. Likewise for publications, the classes CPublication and
CDetailedPublication were added.
For names, the CDetailedName class was added to handle the atomic name types.
CConcept was modified to have a payload member, while the author and date
strings were replaced with an CAccordingTo instance.
