Description
For use in current GARP actors, all input layer grid values need to be scaled to
unsigned byte values (0-255) with special values for missing data. Thus, this
task rescales the values of raster grid cells to byte range (need to check on
special byte values needed)
(Several rescaling actors already exist. Need to check operation)
