Description

Need to be able to have a 'Clipping' actor that clips a raster grid to some
region defined by a polygon(?) vector. This might be a bounding box or a convex
hull polygon calculated from occurence data. This clipping would (possibly be
applied to all layers to reduced the size of the regions in the GARP layers.

Responsible Party: Jianting

This functionality has been provided by the rasterization actor that Jianting
completed (clipping occurs by setting the boundaries for the output raster).
Marking this bug as FIXED, even though there might be additional use cases that
are not met by the current features of the rasterization actor (we can deal with
those in another bug as needed).
