openneed "save as" functionality in morpho

Description
users have requested a "save as" function in morpho so they can just change
small numbers of metadata fields for entering similar datasets. I think the
code already exists to do this because morpho will reassign package id's if it
finds a conflict. we just need to make this functionality accessible via a menu.

This was also suggested by participants of the February 2005 KNB workshop (as
reported in Laura Downey's Morpho Usability Report).

I think I have added comments regarding this under some other bug also. First
version of Save as is in Morpho now. Based on the review on that, we can
improve in the release 1.7.

This can be achieved using the "Save Duplicate" menu option. There is an odd warning that pops up when you do this - I will try to track it down to see if it can be avoided. But the saving seems to work.
