Description

we need a user level handbook for kepler with good examples of common things
people want to do...like loops, ifs, exception throwing/catching, monitoring
values, etc. This is extremely important if we want domain scientists to be
able use kepler and get into it the first time they see the app.

Documentation needs to be packaged as PDFs for the RC1 release and the links for the User Guide and Actor Reference manual need to be added to the documentation page (introScientists.htm, which should be renamed).
