Description

I downloaded binary gzip morpho 1.5.1 binary release from knb web site and unzip
it in my local machine. I could run it but couldn't open the new package wizard.
It seem utilities jar file is missed in lib directory. When I put the
utilities.jar in the lib dir, it works fine.

I didn't try zip file, but I think probably it has same problem
