Description

Focus of this redesign is on a highly intuitive user interface. If we have to
choose between usability and generality, choose usability. Explore the use of
HTML forms as reconfigurable forms, and other scripted layout approaches. Chris
and Dan agreed to look into this.

New tree+form XML editor has been implemented in MORPHO_ALPHA_3. This editor
uses DTD parser, Java JTree, and recursive form(panel) displays. Also has
ability to customize the display for any node and include help information
from external documents.
