Fix required/not required and bold labels in XBL widgets. Thsi is a side-effect
of schema generation vs non-generated schema, and minoccurs/maxoccurs stuff.
widgets currently look to see if minOccurs>0, and if so, then field is
"required". We need another way of determining required-ness
