Integrate into skins system

Description
The Metacat spatial option(s) should be easily included in any skin, so that
individuals and organizations may easily customize their sites.
We'll likely want to have a few example templates, each self-contained in a single directory. To integrate it with any given skin, copy the spatial template from the style/common/spatial_templates directory into the style/skins/___/ directory and include the map in a div or iframe from the main page.
Copying the template from the common dir to the skins directory is a viable option so we'll go with that for now.
