Description

Refactor skins so returnfield list comes from cfg, so then both metacat and
mapserver can use this info to generate query, mapserver creates XML resultset
then uses XSLT to create result list.

The solution proposed in this bug description:
web client -> geoserver -> xslt -> html

.. no longer reflects the workflow. The new workflow will be either:

a) web client -> geoserver (do spatial query and gather doc ids) -> metacat servlet

OR

b) web client -> metcat servlet spatial query

Either way, the metacat servlet handles the display and will thus conform to the specifications of the particular skin.
