Description
When EML Datasources point to zipped data files, the data is supposed to be
automatically unzipped when downloaded. This works OK when the zipped file
directory is 'flat'; but when the zip file contains a hierarchy (e.g. has a top
level dir 'topdir' which contains one or more other files), the automatic
unzipping fails!

This issue has not been a problem in any workflows to-date. Thus pushing back to Post 1.0 release
