Description

Allow users to move from one machine to another by looking up the max accession
  1. from metacat and using it to set the "lastId" property in morpho.

Morpho now uses the Metacat capability to return the maxID for a user
(action=getlastid with username) and set the users profile xml appropriately

Apparenly, however, Metacat does NOT return the last ID (It seems to return the
last id of a dataset document).
