Description

When the RBNBToKepler actors are downloading data, some kind of progress meter should appear.

I'm using org.ecoinformatics.seek.datasource.DataSourceIcon now, and the icon renders "Busy" when busy.

If this is acceptable and is the proper generic "progress meter" to use for all datasource actors, this can be closed when bug 3159 is closed.
