The online form has problems with editing and maintaining the email address. When a data set is submitted and then an edit request is given most of the data is there. However the email entires that were there before are missing. Is this intended to happen. I think it would be easy for the doing the editing to assume that the email address is already entered. In those cases the edited data package would not have a owner or contact email address.
