This is most likely a configuration issue on the LTER Metacat rather than a bug.
LTER does not yet have our public key from ldap.ecoinformatics.org, so there is
no way they could get this to work over SSL at this point. I'll work on it with
David. Changing status and assignment accordingly.

Database connection problem was a result of incorrect password.
