Do we allow data processing on the GPP unit? Could it be a Kepler workflow, e.g., for quick QA?QC.

Also, part of the SPAN stack can do processing / QA/QC. To what extent do we want to utilize this? I currently consider this an excellent additional feature to add if we have time, but low priority.
