Description

When kepler client tries to schedule running a workflow or read data/report from remote Provenance DB, it should have an access control mechanism. The first step is user login/logout. When user login once, he/she can do all of above operations without any additional login.

We can borrow current Kepler authentication Framework for the purpose.
