Description

./core/src/org/kepler/moml/FileAttribute.java
The Kepler version extends StringAttribute

This matches ptolemy/src/ptolemy/kernel/attributes/FileAttribute.java by name,
but FileAttribute is deprecated and ptolemy/src/ptolemy/data/expr/FileParameter is
recommended.

I'm not sure about this one.

I removed FileAttribute.java since it was probably never used. I checked Kepler 1.0 and https://code.kepler-project.org/code/kepler/trunk/workflows/
