Description
The current Readme file that is displayed in the installer references uploading data to the KNB, but does not acknowledge that data can also be uploaded to other DataONE nodes. Need to generalize this description to explain the new role of DataONE, while probably still highlighting the KNB node.

Updated readme to include DataONE but still keep an emphasis on the KNB as default member node.
