Description
Metacat skins are used to configure the registry. Create a snap skin in metacat that allows us to configure the registry for use with SNAP, including the addition of the SNAP keyword to all SNAP datasets.

For simplicity, we should use the single pre-existing "metacatui" skin in the Metacat server and let the UI themes do any augmentation that is needed. The more we can get away from Metacat skin-based development the better. Right now the UI can add one or more keywords to the entry form (dynamically after the form loads) and can include a text field or select widget for choosing which Working Group is a co-creator. Neither of these features require a new Metacat server skin.
