Description
The clusters are roughly scaled right now, but to avoid overlap I should use radiuses based on the geohash box area and the geohash facet count.

The clusters are now scaled based on the current geohash level and the dataset density. The highest density level ( >10,000 for low zoom levels and >100 for high zoom levels) will display a cluster circle roughly the same size as the geohash box. The cluster circle radius gets smaller as the density level decreases.
