Point from Barbara Benson (NTL):

The physical element in EntityGroup should be repeatable to allow individuals to
describe an entity that is available in multiple physical formats (e.g., text,
Excel, Oracle). See the email to eml-dev with subject "more comments on
eml2rc2" for more details.
