Description

eml-attribute has typos, such as filed for file and mailnly for mainly. Also,
the unitDictionary contains errors that were fixed in eml-unitDictionary, such
as british thermal unit for britishThermalUnit.

Spell checked the module. Fixed several errors as pointed out. Both
unitDictionary and eml-unitDictionary.xml have 193 units defined, and they
appear to be in agreement. Chad already checked their consistency in a previosu
revision.
