Description
The drawing capabilites are done now, we just need the logic now to retrieve the provenance trace from the current data package to determine how to lay out the flow chart.
The Metadata view will need to determine whether any object in the data package has a provenance trace and if so, group those into their packages so that only one "package node" circle is drawn in the source or derivation column of the ProvChart.

The ProvChartView is mostly complete, we just need to add the hover features to it and tweak the styling in non-DataONE themes.
