Description

The MDE "New" dialog box has an "OK" and a "Cancel" button. Choosing cancel
should result in no action, but currently a new document is still created. I'm
not sure what document type is used.

Lowered priority because we might drop MDE and replace it with another editing
solution.

Won't fix -- new metadata editors for Morpho make MDE obsolete. Will reopen
this bug if that decision changes.
