Suggestion from Christy Bowles:
Identifiers could be replaced with more user friendly options.
At a minimum, the name of data tables should be included and the type of
metadata emphasized more than the identifier
e.g. Instead of
"bowles.286.1 is attribute description for data table bowles.274.1"
use
"Attribute description(bowles.286.1) for Productivity data table(bowles.274.1)"

Fixed as part of eml2.0.0 update (since the various modules are now inside a
single document, ids are not used),
