Add more fields for the iso index.

Change its mime type from binary to text.

Add PROV relationships to the Solr schema. Populate the fields using the RdfXmlSubprocessor

Change geohash type to "string" (was "text") so that no Solr analysis or tokenizing happens during indexing.
