Description
The UCNRS ldap tree can not be managed through the web scripts now, partly
because these entries are in a different tree (o=ucnrs.org) than ecoinfo
(dc=ecoinformatics,dc=org). Need to make the changes that allow creation of new
LDAP entries for UCNRS and changing and resetting the passwords for these accounts.

I think this is now complete, and will be released with 1.4.0. Sid, can you
verify this and close the bug if true? Thanks.
