Description
Since the define access dialog takes so long to come up (since it's doing an
ldap query) it should have a progress bar or something to show the user that
morpho isn't hung. it should also have a cancel button so if it's taking too
long you can kill it.

And while you're at it, the dialog with the progress bar might as well tell the
user what it's doing, such as "Retrieving list of users from the network..."
