Description

during the step import a text data file->define attribute or column ->
adding descriptions of codes in a list of enumerated values (category
unordered):

Allowing codes and descriptions to be imported from an external table is great!
But no browse window appeared when I chose this option (or is this not available
yet?). and what should be the structure of external table (xy pairs)?

To import codes and definitions from an external table, that table has to be
imported into your datapackage (if it has not already been done). So, when you
are importing a data table, Morpho allows you to complete the current import
before it tries to import data from the external table. So, even if you define
one attribute's enumerated values to be imported from an external file, the
import of that external file will not begin till you complete the import of the
current data table.

In this case, you should be able to complete the import and Morpho will then
prompt you to import the external table. The external table can contain any
number of columns. At the end of the import of the external table, you will be
prompted to choose the 2 columns that define the codes and definitions for your
attribute's enumerated values.
